Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

• UK and international orders (Stripe): email scripturabiblequest@gmail.com with your account email and payment date, or reply to your Stripe receipt. Approved refunds return to your original payment method.
• Nigeria orders (Paystack): email scripturabiblequest@gmail.com with your account email and payment date. Approved refunds return to your original payment method.

Refunds usually reach you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

You can cancel Premium anytime from Profile → Manage subscription. You won't be charged again, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting your account cancels your subscription automatically.

When a refund is issued, Premium access for that payment ends.
