Terms of Service

Scriptura: Bible Quest ("Scriptura", "we", "us") is provided by Olajide Awosanya. By creating an account or continuing to use Scriptura, you agree to these terms with Olajide Awosanya. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Scriptura is a gamified Bible study app with lessons, quizzes, guide studies, streaks, leagues and optional Premium features. You must be old enough to consent to data processing where you live, or use Scriptura with a parent or guardian's permission.

Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person.

You must not:

• use Scriptura unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or harassment;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• interfere with security — including malware, probing, scraping, automation, or replaying requests to inflate XP, coins, lives or rewards;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or bypass its limits.

XP, coins, lives, streaks, boosts, Mercy and cosmetics are awarded and recorded by our servers. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may change as the app evolves. Progress gained by cheating may be reset.

Premium is a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) that renews automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before checkout in your region's currency.

• Nigeria (NGN): payments are processed by Paystack.
• United Kingdom (GBP) and the rest of the world (USD): payments, subscriptions, tax and receipts are processed securely by Stripe.

If a renewal payment fails, Premium ends immediately until payment succeeds. If you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting your account cancels an active subscription automatically. Plan switching is not currently available. See our Refund Policy.

Content is provided for personal study and encouragement. Mentor commentary is original study material, not Scripture. Machine-assisted translations are offered for convenience and are not a substitute for a published Bible translation.

Olajide Awosanya owns Scriptura, including its software, design, characters, artwork, lessons and branding. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service under your plan.

We work hard to keep Scriptura running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost data or profits), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or close accounts for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time from Profile; your progress is then permanently removed.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions: scripturabiblequest@gmail.com.
